Three huge minutes for Allen and Feazell as CSO Voluntari rout Liège

Trevon Allen and KeyShawn Feazell combined for 45 points as CSO Voluntari stormed to their first home win over Royal Basket Liège, 89-68, on Wednesday, November 15, at the Sala Gabriela Szabo in southern Romania.

Trevon Allen picked it up right in the same place where he left it last week at Brno.


CSO Voluntari shooting guard scored 30 points, tying a third best result in ENBL history.


Idaho star went 11/19 from the field, including a 6/12 effort from the three point line.


Allen added five rebounds, four assists, one steal and one block.


KeyShawn Feazell contributed with 15 points and 12 rebounds – in just 21:20 minutes of play.


A former Mississippi State, McNeese State and Creighton power forward registered his first double-double.


Olivier Troisfontaines led Royal Basket Liège with 15 points on 5/10 shooting from the court.

Experienced player returned to Liège after a 10 years break.

Anthony Cambo had 14 points.

A Miami native connected three shots from the deep.


Key stats

CSO Voluntari went on a 14-2 run in the last three minutes of the first half.

Trevon Allen scored seven consecutive points – he started it with a three pointer, followed by a steal and a slam dunk.

KeyShawn Feazell made two free throws and finished the next possession with a three pointer.


Finally, Allen had two more points for a 44-32 lead.

Ainars Bagatskis men increased their lead up to 32 points, 81-49, with seven minutes on the shot clock.

The hosts went 17/33 from the three point line, tying an ENBL record.


CSO Voluntari registered 11 three pointers in the second half – on 20 attempts.


Allen led the way with six threes, one short from league record.

CSO Voluntari improved to 3-1, while Royal Basket Liège dropped to 1-1.

The Romanian club posted its third consecutive victory and first at home.

Ainars Bagatskis men are on a 6-0 streak and 5-1 at the Sala Gabriela Szabo.

The 2024 playoffs – home and away, best-of-two series – will take place from February 1 until March 20.


The 2024 Final Four will take place on April 9-10.
