The European North Basketball league`s second season will feature 15 clubs after a last minute departure by BC Dunav.
The Serbian club recalled its application due to internal political reasons on Friday, November 4.
ENBL respects BC Dunav decision and wishes the best luck for the club.
Due to unexpected circumstances, the Group A will feature seven teams and the Group B – eight teams. The four best teams from each group will qualify for the playoffs.
Group A: Budivelnyk Kyiv (Ukraine), Kalev/Cramo (Estonia), KB Sigal Prishtina (Kosovo), Polski Cukier Start Lublin (Poland), Šiauliai (Lithuania), TalTech Optibet (Estonia), Zastal Zielona Gora (Poland).
Group B: Basket Brno (Czechia), BM Stal Ostrow (Poland), Ironi Ness Ziona (Israel), King Szczecin (Poland), Tartu Ulikool (Estonia), Trefl Sopot (Poland), Valmiera Glass (Latvia), Wolves Vilnius (Lithuania).
The official schedule will be published in a few days – after finalizing the dates for the Final 4.

Shame about BC Dunav pulling out so late, but ENBL handled the reshuffle well — Group B with 8 teams should make the run to the Final 4 really interesting this season. Big respect to the league for adapting on short notice. By the way, if anyone is buried in scanned paperwork for club administration, the latest neural-network OCR tools can clear that backlog surprisingly fast.
This piece provides a fresh and compelling take on the subject. I admire your ability to convey such detailed information in an accessible way. sprunki shifted
Such a shame to hear about a last-minute withdrawal, especially right before the season starts. Organizing the schedule and groups all over again must be a headache for the league staff. Guess we’ll have a bye week for teams now. While waiting for the updated match schedules, I’ve been killing time playing casual basketball games on minigame. Hope everything else goes smoothly this season!
It's unfortunate to see BC Dunav withdraw from the ENBL, but the league will continue with an exciting lineup of teams. Good luck to all participating clubs! For more on unexpected events, check out trees hate you.
Does dividing the groups into 7 or 8 teams significantly affect competitiveness? I'd like to see how ENBL PolyTrack adjusts the schedule.”
