Three wins in a row – Zielona Gora undefeated at home


Zastal Zielona Gora continued its winning march on home floor with a 86-74 success against Basket Brno on Wednesday, November 15, at the CRS hall.

Geoffrey Groselle posted a double-double.


Zielona Gora center had 14 points on 7/11 shooting from the field and a game high rebounds.


A leftie from Creighton added four assists.


Novak Musič also scored 14 points, including a perfect 6/6 inside the three point line.


Serbian point guard dished out nine assists and stole the ball three times.


Tomas Zdanavičius had 16 points for Basket Brno.


Lithuanian hit 60% from the field, including a 3/4 from the deep.


Terrell Lamont Brown-Soares posted 15 points on 7/12 shooting from the court.


A former New Mexico State guard started season in Norway with Fyllingen.


Brown-Soares had six boards.


Viktor Pulpan filled the stat sheet with 13 points, five assists and four steals.

Zastal Zielona Gora led by three points after 30 minutes of play, 63-60.


The visitors stayed in the race until the 35th minute when Zdanavičius hit a three pointer, 73-70.


Zastal finished the game with a 13-4 run.


Novak Musič made a layup, followed by and-one from Aleksander Lewandowski, 78-70.


Brno never came closer by eight points.


The Czech team was better in three pointers made: 6/22 vs 9/25.


Zielona Gora controlled the paint, 52-34, and scored more points on fast breaks, 12-6.


Zastal bench outscored Brno, 32-18.

Zastal Zielona Gora improved to 3-1, while Basket Brno dropped to 0-3.


David Dedek`s team may be a one win away from the playoffs.

Four best teams from each group will qualify for the playoffs (A1-B4, A2-B3, A3-B2, A4-B1).


The 2024 playoffs – home and away, best-of-two series – will take place from February 1 until March 20.

The 2024 Final Four will take place on April 9-10.
