Last season, BK Opava had a solid debut season in the ENBL.
The Czech club achieved a record of 5-3 and finished fifth in Group A. The start was not easy, as Opava's home stadium was hit by major flooding in September 2024.
Heavy rains caused extensive flooding and Opava was one of the most affected cities in the Czech Republic.

In the 2021-2022 and 2022-2023 seasons, Opava played in the FIBA Europe Cup.
