Lucky Seven for Tindastoll at the start of European rodeo
Tindastoll Saudarkrokur jumped in front midway the first quarter and never looked back to post a 92-69 road win over BK Liepāja on Wednesday, September 23, at the Liepājas Olimpiskais centrs in western Latvia.

Tindastoll finished the first ENBL season with a 6-3 record and early playoffs exit at the hands of now EuroCup team Riga Zelli.
It didn`t took long for brave islanders to start their second season with another win – their seventh success in 10 games.
Ade Murkey shined in Tindastoll offense, scoring a game high 25 points.
A former Denver (2016-2020) and Summit League standout played for Alftanes during the 2025-2026 season and re-located to basketball crazy Saudarkrokur.
British/Irish international Taiwo Badmus had 15 points, seven rebounds, seven assists and three steals.
A former Bulgaria international Dee Bost contributed with nine points and a game high nine assists.
Edgars Lasenbergs led Liepāja with 20 points.
Home team captain went 4/7 from the three point line.
Kristiāns Šulcs had 11 points and connected all three shots behind the arc.

Tindastoll took control in the paint, outscoring the hosts by 20 points, 46-26.
The visitors shot 64 percent inside the three point line, 25/39.
Liepāja shot 42 percent, 16/38.
Dee Bost and Taiwo Badmus combined for 16 assists – one more than Liepāja team.
Better ball handling and strength in the paint turned into an unsolvable problem for the hosts.
Edgars Lasenbergs, Kristiāns Šulcs and Ivo Van Tamm went 9/13 from the three point line, while their teammates scored 1/17.

Tindastoll improved to 1-0, while BK Liepāja dropped to 0-1.
BK Liepāja played their previous European game on March 30, 2022, and returned to the ENBL after a four year hiatus.
Arnar Guðjónsson has a 7-3 record in the ENBL, after his first win against a Latvian team.
Tindastoll will play at BC Hipocredit on Sunday, Septemberg 27, and at the Bristol Flyers on Wednesday, September 30.
